1. I'd suggest you experience the Hutongs at Nanluo Guxiang. You can walk to Dabeiyao North Station to take bus no. 113 and get off at Kuanjie Lukou East station. Then walk west for 3-5min to Nanluo Guxiang Hutongs.

3. Still take bus no. 113 and get off at Sanlitun. Walk east for 2-3min along North Gongti Road and turn north to walk for around 100m to find the market.

Lama Temple and Hutong tour can be covered in a day. The former in the morning and the latter in the afternnoon. And it is also be fine to cover Lama Temple and Drum and Bell Tower in a day.
