Free wifi has covered most public sites in the city like Ruins of St. Paul's and Fisherman's Wharf. Service time is 08:00 to 01:00 next day. The account is wifigo. No worry. One thing to be noted is that it will be disconnected every 45 minutes; if so, just reconnect and it will be fine.3
