or do I arrive at my destination and then go to the train station to pick up the train tickets.? My hotel is Jade Hotel  Address:  No. 5 North Zhide Alley, Beiheyan Street   Wangfujing Street & Forbidden City/Beijing/China

I'm afraid you can only collet the train ticket at the ticket window of railway stations. Remember to bring your certificate used for booking, such as passport.
