Is there any convenient way to travel by Bus from Nanjing to Shijiu Lake by bus?

if so; what line, what times and what busstation?
of not; what are the alternatives?

You can take bus from the South Bus Station to Bowang Bus Station. More than 10 buses are available from 07:50 to 17:30. The bus fare is CNY23.
You can take a taxi to reach the lake after arrive in Bowang.
