hong kong airport express card

Question

We will be staying in HK for 4 days. Can we still use the tourist pass on the 4th day or should we buy a regular octupus card instead?

If referring to the AE Travel Pass, you don't need to buy another one on the fourth day. Just deposite more to the card and then it can be used as a regular Octopus Card.
