canadian citizen but permanent resident

Question

Hi,I have a Canadian passport but live permanently in the USA with a permanent green card.  Do I pay the USA fee or the other country fee.  And is the Canadian fee different from the above otherrates?

Ted, as you still hold Canadian passport, you should pay the fee for the other countries. It's possible that the Canadian fee is different from the other rates. You had better check it with the embassy.
