Sheng, do you mean that you want to get a working Z type in China? So which type of entry permit are you holdin now? If it's a long-term one, it's possible to change the current entry permit into Z type at the local Exit and Entry Administration Bureau. If it's a short-time one, I'm afraid you will encounter difficulties during the application.2

Sheng, you need to find an employer who is qualified to recruit you. WIth his help, you can acquire the work permit. In your case, you will be required to apply for the Z type from Chinese embassy in your country. But you may go to local entry and exit management bureau to confirm this.1
