You can take subway line 3 at the airport and get to West Linhe Station, Exit B. It takes around 40 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is CNY 7 per adult. After that, walk west around 0.6 miles along North Tianhe Road. Then walk south along Middle GZ Avenue around 270 yards to your hotel.
