Hi, it shall be still a little cold in Tagong in late Apr. with the lowest temp of 1C and the highest of 15C. As I know, there is no direct bus from Kangding to Sertar. You should take a bus to Luhuo (炉霍) first and then transfer to another bus to your destination. It takes around 6h from Kangding to Luohu and to Sertar, the bus duration is around 3h.
