what is the easiest way to get to Quanzhou from HK airport besides flying directly to Quanzhou.

Dear Mandy. You can take a direct cross-border coach from HKIA to Shenzhen North Railway Station. There the high-speed trains to Quanzhou are available and it takes around 4.5h.
