About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

L visa. When can I leave and when can I come back?

I am on a multiple entry L type with a 90 day duration of each stay. I entered the country on January 11th so does that mean I have until April 11th to leave and then I can come right back for another 90 days? The last entry date is August 27th.

Alex, you are right, you can stay until Aril 11th this time. In additon, as long as the L type is valid, that is, you can enter China before August 27th for as many times as you like.

Your duration of stay is counted from Jan. 12. Theoreticaly, you can staty until May 12. But it is ok for you to exit on April 11. When will your L type expire? It's ok for you to re-enter before it expires and then you will acquire another 90 days of stay again.
