About:China Work Visa

Dependent visa changing to Z type in China

I am on a dependent type and been offered a job but this requires a Z one. Is it possible to get a Z type when I am already here?

Susan, it depends on local entry and exit management bureau. If they agee, you can change your dependent type for a Z type. Otherwise, you will be required to go back to your own country to apply for the Z type again.
