About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Iam from Philippines but working here in China. Can i apply for japan visa here in Guangzhou?

Ely, I'm afraid you have to get the Japan entry permit through the head office of China International Travel Service (CITS) or the Exit and Entry Personnel Service Center Under Foreign Affaris Office of Beijing Goverment.
