2 hrs. to transfer from T1 to T2 at PVG, Shanghai

Arriving at T1 at Pudong by Air China and need to get to T2 to board Air Canada, within 2 hours. Do I need to claim luggage and go through immigration and custom? is 2 hours sufficient time?
Is it faster to walk to T2 from T1?
Appreciate some advice.

Hi Bob. Two hours are generally enough for this transfer. The immigration & customs are needed and you have to claim luggage on your own.

Free shuttle buses are in service between the two terminals at intervals of 10min. To avoid waiting, you can surely walk between within 10min. And the signages are very clear.
