Visa for academic conference in china

Hello, i'm malaysian citizen and currently persuing PhD in kumamoto. I've conference in beijing in april. Is it possible for me to apply it from fukuoka consular office directly?

Hi Hanim, you can directly apply for it from the consular office in Fukuoka. To apply for the F type, you should prepare your passport, a photocopy of the passport's info page, a truly filled application fom with a recent half-length color photo stuck on it, the original and photocopy of your Japanese residence card, and an invitation letter from the hosting party of the conference.
