About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Why are the prices all wrong for posting parcles by China Post?

Like, when I order parcels from China, even at, say, five or six kilograms, I am not charged anything close to these prices for shipping.
What is wrong with the China Post postage calculator and why does it gives answers which are many times more than what I am actually charged for shipping?

Well, I guess there are two reasons for this. For one thing, what the China Post gives you maybe not a precise number, but a charge range. For another thing, the price you pay at last may also include the export tax. So it would be much more than what it shows to you. Anyway, if you really confused and it differs a lot, you should consult with the post official for an reasonable explanation.

Jacobs, that is the opposite of what I wrote and the opposite--not the same--of what I asked.
Opposite.
Different.
Not what I wrote. Not what I asked. Are there any native English speakers who can answer the question?
