About:Chinese Consulate in New York

Can I mail my visa application?

If not, can I send a family member who lives in NY to submit my application and pick it up?

Sorry, mail application isn't accepted by Chinese embassy and consulates. But you can ask your family member to submit and collect your materials on your behalf.
