About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

How important is it to have two facing blank pages in your passport?

I don't have any two facing blank pages left but I have I do have a blank page facing one with just one stamp from a previous chinese trip. Can I still apply for a visa or do I need to get a new passport?

Alex, you need to have at least two blank pages on your passport, according to the embassy. If you just have one page, you'd better get a new passport to apply.
