tickets rezervation

Question

Hi,I am going to china (group of 2 people) from 22 AUG 2015 to 20 SEP 2015. We want to visit many part of China. What date can we book them? First ride will by on 25 AUG 2015 and last on 18 SEP 2015. We also want to collect out them  at Hotel and do not want to pay separately for every one. We can book it 60 days prior the last traveling day?Thank you for answer.Luke
