hello Sir/Mam i have a fiance in china we want to get married but cannot travel

I met her online about 2 years ago. we want to get married but can not travel due to my health

Arthur, if you want to get married in China, you have to be present at the Civil Affairs Department together with your fiance. If you cannot travel to China, you could ask your wife to go to USA and register your marriage there.
