About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

China Working Visa

IF someone has a DUI conviction on their criminal record (drink driving offence) can they still get a z type? I have been told conflicting things, so does anyone know. Would appreciate it very much. Thanks

Leanne, it's possible that the non-criminal record will be required when applying for the Z type, but I think you can still try to get the Z type. Anyway, DUI conviciton is not a serious crime.
