Hi Grace! You can't get the VOA of Hong Kong and have to apply for the entry permit before your departure. If you have never been to HK before, it is suggested that you directly get contact with the HK Immigration Department and mail your application documents there.

The documents include: application form, your recent photograph affixed on page 1 of the application form, photocopy of your passport, photocopy of proof of your financial standing, e.g. bank statements, savings accounts passbooks, tax receipts, etc., photocopy of proof of transportation arrangement, e.g. flight itinerary, photocopy of itinerary proofs about the planned visit.

Add: 24th Floor, Immigration Tower,
7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai
Hotline : 2824 6111
