Hi Kalifata, you can apply for an L type at the CVASC center in South Korea. The documents you are required to submit are your passport, a copy of the passport's photo page, a V.2013 application form affixed with your recent half-length photo against a white background, the original and photocopy of your ARC card which is valid for at least six months, and an invitation letter from China or itinerary proofs about the intended visit. To save time, you can make an appointment at the website of the CVASC before you submit the application. You can submit the application either by post or in person.
