Taxi/cab to hotel from Terminal 3, PEK

What is the easiest way to get to the Beijing Lijingwan Hotel and what would a cab/taxi cost?

You can take the airport shuttle Sihui Line to Balizhuang Nanli. After arrival, walk to the southeast for about 650 yards to reach the hotel. It would costs CNY21.
If taking taxi, it would cost around CNY80.
