About:Hong Kong International Airport Transfer

transportation from hong kong airport to guangzhou airport

Hi, I arrive to HK airport 14:00 26.3 and have a flight from Guangzhou airport at 19:00 26.3 (5 hours later). is it possible to be on time for that flight? what is the fastest way to go there (I prefer to go by bus or a train)? thank you very much

To be honest, no more than 5h is too tight for such a transfer. If possible, you'd better change to a later flight from Guangzhou.

Anyway, if you hurry up and save all time as you can, to catch the next flight would be possible, but u will be rush and need to spend a lot of money. By renting a car, the cost is CNY2,000-2,200 and it takes around 2h to arrive. With public transportation, take a taxi from HKIA to Hung Railway Station with the cost of around 300HKD. Take a through train to Guangzhou East in 2h and the fare is 190HKD. Then take a taxi to Guangzhou Airport with the cost of CNY90-100.
