on Z Visa, do i need invitation letter from any legal CN authority to invite my parents for S2 type

Hi,

I've been working in Suzhou, China for 3 years and want to call my parents on S2 type here.
I've prepared an invitation letter myself including all the details as you mentioned in this article. But do I also need any additional invitation letter from any Chinese legal authority (e.g. foreign ministry office) to apply for my parents' S2 done?

Zam, your parents cannot apply for the S2 type by only providing your invitation letter. Another invitation letter from a duly authorized unit, i.e., the legal authority you are referring to, is required.

Since I'm doing a job here; I'm so confused what would be that "Chinese legal authority"? Should this be my employer or some government office? If it's some government office, then which one and how to find it?
