Is it possible to live/work in china on a business visa if you do not have a degree?

Hello,
Is it possible to live/work in china on a business M type if you do not have a degree? Particularly if you want to work in schools?

we have been told by a company that my boyfriend can teach/ work on a z type without a degree and we have found out that this is untrue. But is it the same on the business M type?

Meg, it's illegal to work with M type. M type is for trade activities. If you plan to work, you need to apply for a Z type instead. Once you were found out that you worked illegally, you would have been punished and it may affect your future visits to PRC.
