How do I access Subway/under-ground transportation from Chengdu international airport?

The subway hasn't led to the airport yet and the closest station is Fuhuayuan of line 1, around 10km (6.2mi) away. To get in to the city center by public transportation, the airport shuttle bus can be the most convenient way.0

Yes, shuttle buses are available. Five lines are available to the dowtown area. At T1, the buses can be taken at Gate no. 2 and Gate no. 1 and at T2, buses stop near Gate no. 4 and Gate no. 5.0
