Which speed train from Shanghai will get me nearest to Salitun Soho in Beijing?

If it is one that arrives at Beijing South station around 14:55 or around 16:00, how is traffic that time of day and is taxi the best option to take from Beijing South station to Salitun? Any other suggestion would be appreciated. I'm thinking of taking the G14 but would also like more info about the G102 for this route. Thank you.
