where can i see tulip and sakura in kunming from 16-20 march

Grand View Park (Daguan Park) is the best place to enjoy tulips. Public bus no. 4 can take you there directly.

For Sakura, the Yuantong Mountain is recommended. Bus no. 4, 59 and 74 can take you there.
