About:Grand View Park (Daguan Park) and Flowers & Birds Market

I was told, a lot of SAKURA was planted near Kunming Daguanyuan, Which month the flower blossoming ?

I am not sure whether there are SAKURA near the garden, but the blossoming month of the flowers is around March. During late March to early April, you can appreciate the best view of that.
