Krishnanunni, I don't think the Chinese embassy in Germany will issue you the "no criminal records certificate". If you intend to use the certificate in Germany, you should first get it (attached with English version) through a notary office of the Chinese Judical Department. Then take the documents to the German consular office in China and have it authenticated.
