About:China Embassy in Thailand

I would like to apply for a tourist visa. I have to come personally to BKK to apply.

As I live in Pattaya, can the embassy send the application by courier mail to my home address in pattaya? or do I have to pick up again by myself?
thank you

Karl, the embassy does not send applications to applicants by posts nor offer return maling service, so you have to come to the BKK embassy personallyor asks someone to go there to do the application.
