About:China Customs Declaration

How about Nutritianal Supplements like Herbalife Products?

I plan to bring 6 Shake Powder (550g each box) for healthy nutrition along, it will be just for personal use only, cause I'm training Kung-Fu for a couple of months.

Is that allowed or needs that declaration and would it be ok to bring a declaration from a doctor of my country?

Daniel, you can bring them in your checked luggage without a problem. If you are still worried, you can declare them at the customs. But I don't think that a prescription from your doctor is required. They are not medicine, right?
