Hong Kong Itinerary Planning

a. if cable car is not available can we still go to nyong ping on march 19?
b. what is the weather forecast from march 16-19, 2015?

There is little possibility the cable will not be availale. But if it is indeed unavailable, you can take city bus no. 23 at Tung Chung , and get off at Ngong Ping. It takes around 50 mins on the way. The ticket fare is 17.2 HKD per adult in usual time.

About the weather, the temperature during that period of time is 68 F to 74 F. It's warm and comfortable. And it mainly contains sunny days. T-shirts and jeans are enough for you to take.
