Can I get 72 hrs visa free for above two trips? Thanks

First I take eastern China airline from Melbourne Tuesday 18 August 2015 to Shanghai (11:00~19:20pm),then from Shanghai to Paris France at Fri. 21 Aug.(00:05~6:30am)
Second I still take eastern China airline from Frankfurt Germany back to Shanghai (Fri .11 Sep.14:40~12 Sep.07:00am) ,Then from Shanghai to Melbourne (Tuesday 15 Sep.20:15~16 Sep.09:00am)
