My name is gamage. some one told me we should have the visa notice, is it true? i do have invitation letter from my chinese supplier.

Hi Gamage, it is true that you should have the nortice form, namely, the invitation letter or invitation confirmation letter issude by a dulty authorized unit in China. This letter is different from the invitation letter from your supplier, but both of them are required for the application. You can ask your supplier to get the notice form for you.
