About:Chinese Consulates in India

Expiry date of passport is June 2015. Any restriction for Chinese Visa? Visit is in April 8-14, 20

Well, if you are applying for China entry permit now, the passport cannot be use, because based on the requirements, the remaining validity of the applicant's passport should be at least six months. So you have to apply for new passport ASAP and use it to do the entry permit application.
