About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

is there any regulation or law for this age limitation?

"The age limit for male applicants is 24 - 65, and 24 - 55 for female applicants."

According to the RULES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF EMPLOYMENT OF FOREIGNERS IN CHINA (promulgated jointly by the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Public Security，Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the People's Republic of China on 22 January 1996), the female foreign employee should be 18 - 55 years old while the male employee should be 18 - 60 years old.

I got my Z type in Hong Kong and I'm not resident of HK, so you can apply for any visa in HK but it must be stated on Invitation letter of Duly Authorized Unit that HK is where you are going to apply for it.
