About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Malaysian applying for Chinese visa

I am a Malaysian working in Singapore. I intend to travel to China from Kuala Lumpur. Can I apply in Singapore. What is the procedure and what do I need to bring?

Lee, if you have the Singaporean residence permit, you can apply for it at the CVASC office there. The procedure is rather simple. First prepare the required documents, including your passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application form affixed with your bare-headed color photo, the original and photocopy of your residence permit, and roundway tickets and hotel room orders. Then head for the CVASC and apply for an L type.
