The documents required for submission include:
a valid passport, a passport info page copy, a V.2013 application form, a color bare-headed individual photo, an invitation letter or invitation confirmation letter from a duly authorized unit, an invitation letter from the Chinese company, a guarantee letter from your company, photocopy of your income tax receipts and your company's business license, and a bank statement within six months.

If it's your first visit to China, the roundway tickets and hotel reservations are required as well.
