What transportation card is recommended in Hong Kong

I am staying at HK for 2 days.. Going to Macau for 1 day and back to HK for 2 days. What card is suitable?

-Valid for 1 month from the day of issue
-Any 1 day of unlimited ride on MTR (except Airport Express...)" - How do you get to Kowloon if you don't take the Airport Express line?
