Invitation letter for M visa

Dears
I am Iraqi-Kurdish citizen (holding Iraqi Passport), I visited china before on a M type, Now again my company wants to go back for visiting the company, I want to apply for M type again, the chinese company sends me the invitation letter, but it's from the company their-self (Not from Invitation letter of Duty Authorized Unit), is it ok and accepted by the embassy?

My invitation letter is indicating my full name, address, purpose of visit, and the company's address in china and phone numbers, stamped and signed and sent by mail to me), thanks....

Payam, in addition to the invitation letter from the company, you should also provide the letter from Duly Authorized Unit. The Chinese company can help you to get it.

I think you should explain the situation to the embassy before they make the decision of rejecting your application. Then submit the Duly Authorized Unit invitation letter later as supplement.
