travel to shantou, china from hong kong

HiWe are a group of 8 from Singapore travelling to Shantou from Hong Kong arriving on 10 Nov 15.  We intend to stay in Shantou for 3 days.Could anyone recommend good eating places especially seafood, sightseeing places we should visit in Shantou or any reliable local tour agent we can contact Also any hotels to recommend which is close to shopping areas, Thank you

Kuaihuo Seafood Restaurant: located near the intersection of Taishan Road and Changping Road of Longhu District.2. Hao Kou Wei: located near the intersection of Laimei Road and Lingting Road in Chenghai District.
