Hi, can you tell me if you are holding the official passport issued by South Korea for public affairs? If so, you have to submit the application through a Uzbekistani travel agency which has registered in the Chinese embassy. The documents required for submission are your passport, a photocopy of the info page of the passport, a filled applcation form, a recently taken color bare-headed photo, financial standing proof, and an invitation letter from an authorized Chinese agency.
