Yes, there is. You can find the left-lugagge counters at Gate-16 in Domestic Baggage Claim Lobby; Gate-8 in International Departure Lobby; Domestic Arrival Area B (2) and International Arrival Area (2). Please note that the operating hours are from 06:00 to 22:00.
