She should firstly get the following things ready: a passport, a passport data page copy, a 2013 version application form, a bare-headed photo taken within six months, the original and photocopy of her Singaporean residence permit, and round-trip tickets and hotel reservations. Sometimes, the consular officer may ask her to submit a sponsor letter from you as well. Then take the documents and go to the CVASC office to do the application.
