can i catch a bus from guangzhou railway station to hongkong? and how much fare?

can i catch in night because it will good for me..

Yes, take a taxi for 3-5min to the China Hotel by Marriott. You can take a direct coach operated by Trans-Island Limousine Service Company to HK in front of the hotel. As I know, buses are in operation from 07:45 to 18:15. If you drop off in HK downtown, the cost is CNY100-120.
