About:Shanghai Long-Distance Bus

I will going to stay in a hotel near east nanjing road in Shanghai.

After it I have to go yangzhou next day. Tell me where is the nearest bus station where I can get the bus of 10 am to yangzhou jiangsu.

The nearest bus station should be the General Bus Station at no. 1666, Zhongxing Road, Zhabei District, around 2.6mi from East Nanjing Road. You can take a taxi there directly to catch a bus to Yangzhou.
