It's about 50-60F. Bring your overcoat and jeans. As I'm not clear which area are you going to stay in that city, I cannot recommend a certain hotel. Here are some economic chain hotels for reference:7DaysInn, HomeInn, Hanting Express. They are usually cheap and clean.
